Alien (Purple) Vs. Batman (Mexico)

This pack of bootleg, unlicensed figures includes a colored Alien figure (purple in this case), as well as a Batman action figure. This series of figures was released with varied colored Aliens (I've seen blue, purple, and green so far), and is packed with a "superhero" as a rival. The Alien figure included is the same mold as Kenner's Scorpion Alien, though it is missing the back piece. These figures are from Mexico (which is noted on the card - "Hecho in Mexico"), and while the figures and packaging have no distinguishing markings regarding manufacturer or date of origin, it has been determined by some bootleg collectors these were issued circa 2000 (give or take).
