This is the second U.S. release of AVP on DVD. This version is a 2-disc set that is "uncut", with "more violence, more action, and more intense battles". The reality of the matter is, the new violence is really just added CGI blood, and the additions to action and battles is minimal if not nonexistant. The good thing is, the non-action sequences added to the movie were pretty nicely done and helped the movie out a bit. Along with the two feature-packed DVDs comes a mini 3-story comic book.
