This Alien bust is part of the long line of high quality Palisades items. This Special Edition bust is the same cast as the Special Edition resin bust, but is cast in solid pewter. The thing weighs a ton...the package that was shipped to me was a good 15 pounds. It comes with the standard outer packaging, with similar graphic art as the resin bust, but it is encased in a quality black wooden box. There are also two extra clear removable domes safely stashed away in the wooden box. Personally, I like this version better than the resin bust, as I feel the paint scheme on the resin version is a bit off. This piece was limited to a run of 500 units, and was available only through AisleSniper.com.
